Aim of This Policy

UAB „Patikima linija“ (hereinafter – Company or Data Controller), registered office address at Vasario 16-osios Str. 40, 53216 Garliava, Kaunas District, Lithuania, code of legal person 136019174, cares for the security of your Personal Data and your privacy.

This Privacy Policy aims at informing you on how the Company collects and processes your Personal Data you provide to the Company, how Personal Data is stored, with whom Personal Data is shared, what rights you have and who you should address in relation to implementation thereof and other matters pertaining to Personal Data processing.

The Company shall process your Personal Data in accordance with provisions of this Privacy Policy, General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter – Regulation), the Law of the Republic of Lithuania On Legal Protection of Personal Data, other legal acts.

This Privacy Policy is applicable for processing of Personal Data which is collected and processed online, unless so defined otherwise.

Personal Data and Other Terms Used

“Personal Data” means any information that relates to you and identifies you personally, either alone or in combination with other information available to us. The Company will collect various Personal Data about you that you provide us with. The Company will not be collecting any special categories of Personal Data (unless so defined otherwise).

“Contractual Processors” means partners, with which the Company has written agreement and who only process Personal Data in the name of the Company and do not share it with third parties.

“Data Subject” means any natural person whose data is processed by the Company. The Data Controller shall collect only the data of the data subject that is necessary to engage in the Company‘s operations (e.g. to send you Repairs And Technical Maintenance Information, etc.) and (or) to visit, use, browse the web site(s) of the Company. The Company shall ensure that collected and processed personal data shall be safe and used only for specific purpose.

“Repairs And Technical Maintenance Information” means repairs and technical maintenance information, including user manuals, repairs and maintenance instruction manuals, spare parts catalogues, instruction manuals of spare wheel replacement, instruction manuals of auto transporter oil, hydraulic drawings and other information pertaining to the products manufacture or marketed or services provided by the Company, which the Company shall share with you upon your request or with your consent.

“Web Site” refers to all pages of the Company, which include www.rimo.lt.

“Consent” means any freely given and voluntary indication by which data subject signifies agreement to the processing of personal data for specific purpose.

How and Which Personal Data We Collect

The Company undertakes to keep confidentiality undertaking in respect of Data Subject. Personal Data may be shared with third parties only if it is required for the conclusion and performance of the agreement for the benefit of Data Subject, or for other legitimate reasons.

By providing Personal Data to the Company, Data Subject agrees that the Company uses the collected data for the performance of its obligations in respect of Data Subject, as well as for the provision of services that Data Subject expects.

The Company shall process the Personal Data for the following purposes:

For conclusion and performance of the agreements with Data Subject, the services provided/received by the Company (repairs and technical maintenance); for storing contacts enabling communication with them; tax accounting and payments control. The following data shall be processed for this purpose:
  • Name (-s);
  • Surname;
  • Date of birth;
  • Communications data (telephone number (land line and (or) mobile telephone), e-mail address;
  • Address of place of residence (country, ZIP code and city);
  • Payment history;
  • Other information pertaining to indebtedness.
  1. Administration of inquiries, comments and complaints. The following data shall be processed for this purpose:
  • Name (-s);
  • Communications data (telephone number, e-mail address;
  • Text of inquiry, comment or complaint.
  1. Video monitoring of the Company‘s employees, other Data Subjects and property for the purpose of protection of security. The following data shall be processed for this purpose:
  • The video monitoring systems do not use any face recognition and(or) analysis, the data with images collected by them are not grouped or profiled in categories of specific data subjects (persons). Data Subject is informed about the video monitoring in progress by information notices displayed before the territory and (or) premises are entered. The scope of monitoring of video cameras does not include premises where Data Subject expects absolute protection of Personal Data and privacy.
  1. When Data Subject request to receive Repairs And Technical Maintenance Information on the Company‘s Web Site. The following data shall be processed for this purpose:
  • E-mail address;
  • Name;
  • Surname;
  • Address;
  • Zip Code And City;
  • Telephone number (land line and (or) mobile telephone);
  • Date of birth;
  • Other Personal Data specified in this Privacy Policy.
  1. For other purposes that the Company is entitled to process Personal Data of Data Subject, upon Data Subject’s consent, when Personal Data needs to be processed for the Company‘s legitimate interest or when certain legal acts obligate the Company to process Personal Data.

When you visit the Company’s Web Sites, the Web Sites and servers collect from you the following information: your IP address, visited websites, also register the content of the Company’s Web Sites that you have viewed. This collected information is not used for the identification of your person. The information collected in the Company’s Web Sites includes information that was automatically sent to us by your browser, i.e. information about your operation system, the referral URL which you came from, date and time of your visit, your browser and internet data flow structure.

We may also use your Personal Data for the purposes of displaying advertising. The advertising display by means of cookies is in line with the COOKIE POLICY of the Company.

How the Company Uses Your Personal Data

We will process your Personal Data for a time required to achieve the purposes of data processing or not longer than required by Data Subjects and (or) stipulated by legal acts.

Although Data Subject may terminate the contract and reject the services of the Company, the Company, however, must retain Data Subject’s data due to future claims or legal actions that might arise in the future until the expiry of terms or data retention.

Processing Your Order

If you have ordered products or services from the Company we will use your Personal Data in order to fulfil the terms and conditions of purchase or maintenance services contract based on the purchase or maintenance services contract. This will be done for the purpose of performing purchase or maintenance services contract (to contact you regarding the status of your order via e-mail, telephone or otherwise).

We may also use your age to check whether you are old enough to conclude purchase or maintenance services contract and whether we are allowed to process your Personal Data. We use personal data in such way based on the legal obligation.

The Company may share your Personal Data with Contractual Processors that provide services to the Company and process Personal Data on the Company’s behalf. Contractual Processors are entitled to process Personal Data only in accordance with the Company’s instructions and only to the extent it is necessary to properly fulfil contractual obligations. The Company shall use only Contractual Processors providing sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in such a manner that processing will meet the requirements of this Regulation and ensure the protection of the rights of the Data Subject.

Contacting You

If you contact us via e-mail, telephone, the Company‘s Web Sites or social media, the Company shall process your Personal Data in order to respond to query and provide you the best service. The Company shall process such personal data as needed to administer your query or if it is needed based on the legal obligation.

To Send You the Repair and Technical Maintenance Information You Requested

  • If you requested on the Company‘s Web Site and wished to receive Repairs And Technical Maintenance Information, the Company shall send you such information via e-mail based on your request, i.e. with your consent.
  • If you gave consent for personalised communication, the Company may communicate with you via telephone, SMS, e-mail or regular mail.

Are My Personal Data Shared With Others

Contractual Processors

The Company will not share Personal Data with anyone else for their own use or purpose. However the Company may share your Personal Data with its Contractual Processors for e.g., including without limitation, delivery of the Repairs And Technical Maintenance Information you have requested (to print houses, delivery services) with whom the Company has concluded written agreements about processing your Personal Data only for the specific and defined purposes.

Social Media

The Company’s Web Sites may provide you social plug-ins from various social networks. If you choose to interact (by registering an account with social media), your activity on the Company’s Web Site might also be available to that social network, based on the privacy policies you have agreed when registering on that network. If you don’t want to share this information, please log- out of such social media.

With Authorities

In the event of any requests from state authorities and if required for certain legal process, investigations etc., the Company might share your Personal Data with such authorities inasmuch it is necessary to properly fulfil valid legal acts and instructions of authorities.

With Your Consent

In addition to the above, the Company might share your Personal Data only with your prior consent as to whom (which company) and for which purpose the Company can share your Personal Data. This is not a standard practice however it may happen in the future.

How Your Personal Data Is Protected

The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect it against any unauthorized or unlawful processing and against any accidental loss, destruction or damage.

In addition, the Company will not share your Personal Data with third countries (non- EU countries), except if appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable legislation have been taken.

The Company undertakes to withdraw your consent as soon as possible. Due to the technical specificity, it is possible that during implementation of the technical solutions after your check-out, you will still receive email with marketing offers and other content from the Company (in the case that the email was already sent or in the sending phase). We apologize in advance and ask for your understanding.

The Right To Access Personal Data, the Right to Personal Data Transferability, Erasure („Right to Be Forgotten“) and Correction

You have the right to access your Personal Data, as well as the right to Personal Data transferability, i.e. for access to all Personal Data please contact us by sending e-mail to info@rimo.lt and the Company will send you a copy of all Personal Data the Company processes about you. Such Personal Data will be provided in machine readable form, which can be transferred to third party on your request.

Restriction of Personal Data Processing

You have the right to restrict the processing of your Personal Data until the lawfulness of their processing is verified at your request. You may also request to correct your Personal Data or erase them („Right To Be Forgotten) by writing e-mail to info@rimo.lt.

„Right To Be Forgotten“ shall not apply if Personal Data requested to be erased are processed on another legal ground, such as processing is necessary for the performance of contract or is based on legal obligation.

The Right to Object to the Processing Of Personal Data For Direct Marketing Purposes

You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling.

 

How Long Personal Data Is Kept

We will keep your Personal Data until we are legally required or until we have your consent. However you can at any time require access to your Personal Data or to erase Personal Data (except if we have a legal obligation to further process such Personal Data).

In expanding and developing the Company’s activities, the Company shall be entitled at any time to change unilaterally this Privacy Policy by informing via notification on this Web Site or sending the updated Policy to your e-mail.

The Company aims at complying with principles and legislation of Personal Data. The Company will update this Privacy Policy in order to ensure it contains appropriate information about your rights and processing activities. The Company may amend the Privacy Policy so that it complies with the latest legal requirements and changes in the market.
